Banif Gestão de Activos - Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Mobiliário, S.A. (“Banif Asset Management”) resulted from the merger between Banif Imo-Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento, S.A. and Banifundos - Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento, S.A., and in turn 100% owned by Banif Investment Bank.

It is worth noting that it was the first fund manager authorised to manage securities and real estate funds at the same time.

• To define and implement asset allocation strategies from risk and return perspectives, in a context of globalisation and the internationalisation of markets;   

• To manage and administer the assets of private and institutional Client portfolios under discretionary management;  

• To design and launch innovative products, whist anticipating market needs.
