Maciej Chmielewski is a Senior Partner in Colliers International Poland. Since 2007 he has held the position of the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency. Maciej is responsible for managing the department and building its strategy of the development and promotion, he supports other team members to improve their skills. He advises and transacts deals of 'higher value' in terms of property lease and disposal. He takes care of maintaining very good relationship with key clients and property owners. He specializes in the representation of corporate clients. Maciej advised in choosing the optimal location and negotiations of lease conditions for more than 1.000 000 square meters of warehouse and production space. He was involved in many projects and cooperated with representative clients such as Danone, Michelin, Unilever, Firestone, Kofola, Johnson Controls, Mauser, Newell Rubbermaid, Pregis and Sonoco. Maciej began his career in real estate as a broker of residential and commercial properties in the local real estate agency in Poznan. He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and is a licensed broker in Poland. After graduating Real Estate Academy in Boston (USA), Maciej has also become a licensed commercial and residential agent in Massachusetts. He also completed post-graduate studies in the Property Valuation at the Warsaw School of Management and the Property Valuation and Management at the Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffiled (UK), where he gained master’s degree.

Jan Barbasiewicz joined Colliers International in 2013. He holds the position of Partner in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. He has over 10 years of professional experience in real estate market.In 2006 he joined the Department of Property Management in Cushman & Wakefield, where he came after he had won the contest for trainee. There he began his career in real estates. Recently, he held the position of Associate Director in one of the real estate advisory company. Jan has many years of experience on the Polish warehouse and industry market, with particular on the Western Regions (Wrocław, Poznań, Szczecin). He assisted in creating strategies for acquiring warehouse and manufacturing spaces for the leading companies in the FMCG, electronics, distribution and logistics. He has also led many renegotiations and complex projects like "built-to-suit" for production companies and customers from the "e-commerce" sector. He advised in lease transactions with a total area of more than 800 000 sq m.Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. His hobbies is traveling and football.

Grzegorz Paluch has 11 years of experience on the Polish Real Estate Market. As Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency he is responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements. He represented such companies like DSV, Loxx, RUCH, Kamis, Ds. Smith, Henkel in the process of searching and leasing of new warehouse space. His first experience in Real Estate gained as Financial Analyst. Grzegorz graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, where he specialized in Finance and Banking as well as Real Estate.

Paweł Nosal joined Colliers International in 2008 as Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Nowadays, as Director, he represents clients in lease transactions of warehouse and industrial space. He worked with companies such as: Action, Kakadu, Logwin A &O, Rohlig Suus, Ceva Logistics, Mondi, Auchan, Hellman Worldwide Logistics, HL Display. Paweł has a few years of experience in trade, which he gained working for Mars Polska Sp. z o.o. in the sales and purchase departments . As Purchase Specialist he was responsible for coordination of the purchase and supply of raw materials within the budget, developing and implementing purchase strategy, as well as building and maintaining strong and positive relations with clients. He also worked as a Project Manager of Educational Fairs, which periodically have taken place in Warsaw. He speaks English, German and Italian

Lukasz joined Colliers International in April 2013 and currently holds the position of Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Lukasz specializes in Build-to-Suit projects - in both production and logistics sectors. He is involved in the process of acquisition/selling of industrial space as well as the investment areas for agencies’ Clients. Lukasz is also responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease/development agreements.

Recently, Łukasz worked with companies such as Eurocash, Sanden Manufacturing Poland, Ideal Automotive, Hags, Thule Group, Develey, FM Logistic, Carcoustics, Skamol.

Lukasz began working in Colliers as Trainee in the Department of Advisory and Valuation Services, where he participated in the valuation of the property by supporting the work of surveyors. His responsibilities included also preparing market analysis.

Lukasz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology on the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography and the Property Valuation.

Filip joined Colliers International in April 2017, strengthening the team focused on advising Clients wishing to develop manufacturing facilities. Additionally, Filip is responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements. During his previous post at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAiH) which he held for over 4 years, Filip led a tem of 6 Projec Managers delivering comprehensive solutions to Clients wishing to enter or expand their industrial facilities in Poland.

Over past years, Filip successfully implemented numerous manufacturing projects in Poland, including large automotive OEM transaction (Volkswagen in 2013, Daimler in 2016), but also smaller-scale operations from most industries (electronics, white goods, food processing, aviation, etc.)

Aleksandra joined the team in August 2008 as Assistant to the Department of Industrial and Logistics space. Now, as a Director, Aleksandra coordinates and supports the work of the Department. She is responsible for the management team, the flow of information, as well as preparing reports and presentations. Aleksandra is also responsible for the administration of the department and supporting the work of our associates.She graduated from the Institute of German Studies, at the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra is fluent in English, German, Dutch and Spanish.

Maciej joined Colliers International in March 2005. As Associate Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency, he specializes in the representation of tenants and landlord in leasing processes and sale transactions. Since 2008 he is a licensed real estate agent. Recently, he has worked with such companies like NSG Pilkington, Renault, NEUCA, Moto-Profil, Deichmann, Ruch SA, Arvato (Bertelsman). Maciej gained his previous experience while working for two years as Key Account in Individual Customer Service Department for Raiffeisen Bank and in Żagiel S.A., company operating in the banking sector. Leisure time he spends with family and his favorite activity is tennis, which he has practiced for over 5 years.

Łukasz joined Colliers International in 2004 and took the position of Assistant in Industrial and Logistics Department. He was responsible for supporting the team in their daily tasks and the coordination of leasing processes and sales transactions.After his promotion to the Associate position he was responsible for leading the sale process of properties owned by corporate clients. Among them there were Shell (project of selling over 100 properties located throughout the country), Kredyt Bank S.A. (KBC Group, 60 properties), Philip Morris (12 properties). Łukasz also worked with Brita in the project of purchasing a new warehouse outside Warsaw. Thanks to that experience, he gained a wide knowledge of issues related to the property sale-purchase transactions.Recently Łukasz participated in lease transactions for such companies like Action S.A. (a leading distributor of IT equipment), Żabka, Built-to-Suits projects for Faurecia and DB Schenker, and sales transactions for PepsiCo, British American Tobacco and Henkel.

Michał Biegaj worked for many years as an Expansion Director for the Inditex Group brands (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Zara Home) and the CCC Group (CCC and eObuwie stores). He started working in the commercial real estate sector in the IKEA Group as a letting specialist. He specializes in preparing strategies related to increasing sales, searching for new sales channels and accelerating the processes of goods flow to the customer.

Michał is a graduate of the University of Warsaw in the field of Sociology.

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.

Martyna joined Colliers International in July 2016 as a Trainee. She currently holds the position of Associate Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for coordinating and supervising the processes of investment land purchase / sale transactions, creating documentation, analysing the legal and technical situation of real estate.

Martyna studied Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at University of Wrocław.

Daniel joined Colliers in order to deliver comprehensive strategic advisory for the companies wishing to invest in the region of Central Eastern Europe (CEE). He not only provides support in acquiring and leasing process of industrial real-estate, but also gives comprehensive advisory  in terms of business development, choosing location, talent availability and government incentives. Previously, Daniel held a position as an Expert in Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), where for 3.5 years he advised clients from manufacturing sector closely cooperating with local governments and Special Economic Zones.

Daniel has an excellent understanding of project implementing production processes. During his post in PAIH, he successfully supported major projects conducted by various investors including Bosch, Minth Group, Capchem Poland, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable (Poland), Tuopu Poland etc.. Daniel is fluent in English and Chinese with Polish as his native language. 5-year studying and working experience in China gives him great confidence in cooperating with Asian clients.

Kasia joined Colliers as an Associate in the Logistics and Industrial Agency in September 2022. Her main responsibilities include representing tenants in the leasing process of warehouse and industrial space and representing and supporting clients in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease terms. Since the beginning of her career, she has specialised in logistics and freight forwarding. In the Netherlands, she held managerial positions in 3PL and 4PL companies for many years. She returned to Poland in November 2021, where she worked as a director of the 4PL department at a Polish logistics company. She holds a degree in Logistics and a Master Business Adimistration obtained at SAN University in Lodz, Poland.

In May 2023, she secured a lease transaction for Hiskin.

Mariusz joined Colliers in February 2024. He provides not only support in the acquisition and leasing of industrial properties but also comprehensive business development advice, site selection, and talent availability. Previously, Mariusz held managerial positions in teams responsible for attracting investors on behalf of the Regional Government for Lower Silesia, as well as the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, where he served as an Expert at the Investor and Exporter Service Center. For over 6 years, he advised clients from the manufacturing sector wanting to enter the market or expand their industrial facilities in Poland, closely collaborating with local governments and Special Economic Zones.

Mariusz has a deep understanding of the production processes associated with project implementation. During his previous work, he successfully supported large projects conducted by various investors, including Xeos, Bafang, Capchem Polska, BASF Catalysts Polska, Vitro Automotive Glass, and PepsiCo.

Mariusz also has 8 years of work experience in the UK and the USA. In the UK, he gained managerial experience as the department manager of one of the largest TESCO stores (Shepherd's Bush) in West London.

Joanna joined Colliers in September 2019. She holds the position of Associate Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for supporting team, preparing financial analysis and reports concerning commercial real estate market.

Joanna previous experience gained while working in finance controlling department in developer sector. Joanna is a graduate of Finance and Accountancy in the Management Department at the University of Warsaw.

Kinga joined Colliers in November 2021 as a Coordinator in Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for supporting administrative work of all team members in the Department, preparing  documentation related to the lease and sale processes, including proposals, inquiries, marketing materials and presentations. She supports the team in dealing with developers, as well as the administrative work of the department. She graduated from the Administration in Warsaw University of Technology.

Kinga gained her previous professional experience working in a real estate company supporting the Finance Department.

Joanna joined Colliers in September 2017 as a trainee in Finance and Accounting Department. She holds the position of Transaction Coordinator in Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for  preparing all documentation related to the lease and sale processes, including proposals, inquiries, marketing materials, presentations. She also supports team in contacts with developers and the administrative work of the department.

Joanna is a graduate of Administration and Social Sciences at Warsaw University of Technology and Real Estate Management at the Warsaw School of Economics

Patryk joined Colliers in April 2019 as a Junior Data Analyst in the Research and Consultancy Services Department. Since September 2021, he has held the role of Assistant in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. He is responsible for supporting the department in contacting clients, preparing documentation related to the leasing and property sales process, including statements, enquiries, marketing materials and presentations. Patryk holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Business, Finance and Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and is currently completing a Master's degree in Management also from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Patryk supported advisors in transactions with Clients such as: FM Logistics, Bidfood Farutex, Arvato Bertelsmann, Media Expert, Raben Group, CCC, Faurecia Automotive, DB Schenker or Northvolt.

Maciej joined Colliers in March 2023 as a  Assistant in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. He is responsible for supporting the department in contacting clients, preparing documentation related to the leasing and property sales process, including statements, enquiries, marketing materials and presentations.

Maciej holds a Master's degree in Administration from the Uniwersity of Warsaw and Bachelor's degree in Management from Warsaw Management University.

Mariusz joined Colliers in 2018 as an Associate Director. He is responsible for providing appropriate solutions for the selection of industrial locations. Mariusz has many years of experience in the industrial real estate market. His main task is to participate in the search for investment lands and the processes of buying / selling them. He has participated in many transactions regarding land properties intended for warehousing and production purposes.

Mariusz advised on transactions with a total area of over 400 ha. His leading Clients include: Goodman, MLP Group, Panattoni Europe, Prologis, SEGRO, BMW, Develey, Home&You, Nestle, OSI Food Solutions, Polomarket, Raben, Volkswagen, FM Logistic, Amplus, Media Expert, Frontier Estates.

Łukasz Łagiewski was hired as an Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Department of Colliers International in 2022. His main task is to participate in the search for investment areas for industrial functions (production and warehouses) and to conduct their purchase/sale processes. Łukasz is a Specialist of EU Programs in Agriculture.

Łukasz was the Head of the Department of Social and Environmental Activities and Direct Payments at the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. Łukasz was the Shift Manager at
DPD Polska sp. z o.o.
