MLP Group will build a logistical center for the Żabki in the MLP Gliwice Park located in Szałsza in the municipality of Zbrosławice.

The lease agreement between MLP and Żabka assumes the construction of a logistic center serving Żabka and Freshmarket with an area of ​​24,700 sqm. sqm. Of this nearly 23,800. sqm. It will be designed for storage purposes. The remaining space will be used for social and office purposes. As agreed, the facility will be available for use in November 2017. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.

MLP Gliwice is located in Szałsza in the commune of Zbrosławice, 6 km north of the center of Gliwice. The park is located at the Zabrze West junction, linking the A1 motorway (Tri-City-Łódź-border with the Czech Republic) with the national road 78 (Gliwice - Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice). Targeted on the park will be two buildings with a total area of ​​61.5 thousand. sqm. - In 2017 we intend to maintain at least the pace of development as in the previous year.
