Prologis has completed the construction of a 22,200 sqm BTS building for Arvato Polska in Prologis Park Stryków.
“We chose the Stryków centre to accommodate the extensive development of our e-commerce services,” explained Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck, a director and board member at Arvato Polska.
This is the second BTS project Prologis has launched this year at the park, and its third in Central Poland. In the second quarter, Prologis started the construction of a 42,000 sqm facility for furniture retailer Agata at Piotrków Trybunalski as well as an 11,740 sqm BTS centre for German logistics operator Geis.
Prologis Park Stryków is located within one kilometre of the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways. The park could eventually offer up to 80,500 sqm.
