BKT Elektronik joined the group of tenants of Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz. As a result, the SBU investment hall was fully leased.

Manufacturer and supplier of comprehensive solutions for the ICT industry in the SBU hall will occupy an area of 1.85 thousand square meters. The Small Business Units (SBU) with an area of 9.22 thousand square meters, which were opened last year, were built as part of the first stage of the logistics and production complex at Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz. Its tenants are such companies as Sutura Med, SIG and Decor-Poland.

The Company is also preparing for the construction of the second and third stages of the project, for which the building permit applications have been submitted. The logistics and production centre of Waimei in Bydgoszcz will have a development area of 92.75 thousand sq.m. Ultimately, a total of six halls will be constructed within Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz for customers involved in both production and logistics and warehousing.
