Local textile recycling firm Vive Group has leased 26,200 sqm of warehousing and related space at the soon to be built Panattoni Park Kielce.
Construction work on the project is to start around the beginning of next year with its completion expected in August 2018The building will be certified under the TAPA system for the logistics sector and will be fitted with LED lighting while the 3,000 sqm picking area will have as much as 12.5 pct access to daylight.
- The project for Vive Group is one of three buildings planned in the upcoming Panattoni Park Kielce project. It is the next step in the strategy we have been gradually implementing of developing industrial projects outside the mainstream locations. I truly believe that both Kielce and such towns as Opole, Września, Białystok and Zielona Góra, where Panattoni Europe has started exploring the potential for this sector, have the greatest growth potential for the 2017/2018 period - commented Dorota Jagodzińska, the managing director of Panattoni Europe.
Panattoni Park Kielce, which is situated on the S7 Warsaw-Kraków road on the outskirts of Kielce, will comprise two buildings with more than 43,000 sqm of modular space.
