The 7R warehouse developer is launching a new concept on the market dedicated to companies in need of smaller warehouses close to city centres. A dozen or so buildings of this type are planned to be built in Poland with an area of 8 to 15,000 sq.m.
New Small Business Unit (SBU) centres will enable tenants to arrange service and trade and exhibition space, and will also offer larger office space than in standard warehouses. The facilities will also be adapted to light production. The developer assures that the common feature of all urban warehouses will be an excellent location - within the administrative boundaries of the cities, with convenient access for TIRs, near commercial facilities, with access to public transport.
For tomorrow, 7R announced a press conference to provide more details on the new concept.
