Thule Group has chosen Panattoni Europe for the construction of a 13,500 sqm BTS logistics building in Piła at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone.

The industrial section of the building will take up more than 12,000 sqm, and the remaining part (1,500 sqm) will be offices, social areas and technical rooms. Thule Group intends to employ app. 100 people at the start up. The contract was signed at the end of January. Construction is planned to start on March 1st and the building to be handed over to Thule Group on August 1st, 2017. The new site is planned to be fully operational on January 1st, 2018. Colliers International brokered the deal.
