PHN wants to take advantage of the good news in the warehouse market. The company plans to build logistics parks and A-class warehouses with the possibility of renting production space.
- Certainly, warehouse properties will not become another pillar of our activity, but we want to use land with warehouse potential that we already have - says Maciej Jankiewicz, President of the Management Board of PHN - Currently, works are underway on the preparation for development of seven real estates with a total area of approx. 250 ha.
PHN is also a partner of Hillwood Polska in the construction of the Hillwood & PHN Pruszków warehouse park. In 2017, the construction of the first stage of the investment was completed - a building with an area of 14.5 thousand square meters, where the lease rate was approx. 85%. In January this year, a lease agreement was signed and the construction of a sorting plant for DPD commenced, which will be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
The park is to comprise four buildings with a total area of approx. 56,000 sq. m.
- We assume that by next year we will have completed all four stages of the investment - says the president of PHN.
