Raben Logistics Polska has extended the lease agreement of about 11,000 sqm. of warehouse and office space in building no. 1 of Logicor Stryków park. On part of the space Raben provides services for one of the oil and gas concerns - this module is adapted to the special needs of the customer, while the remaining part of the space is used as a standard warehouse.

- Our long-term cooperation with Logicor, based on partnership relations and a flexible approach to modification of warehouse space in accordance with the needs of both our company and our customers, made us decide to extend the lease agreement in Logicor Stryków Park - explains Sebastian Ociepka, director of the region, Raben Logistics Polska.

Park Logicor Stryków consists of three buildings with a total area of over 107,000 sqm. 

- Stryków is currently a key warehouse location in central Poland for companies with nationwide distribution activities such as Raben. Despite the high supply and constantly developing new warehouses, the vacancy rate in this location is one of the lowest in the country - convinces Anna Mazepa, senior asset manager at Logicor.
