Mirbud is to build two halls in the Pruszków Park II complex including technical infrastructure. 

The gross value of the general contractor agreement will amount to EUR 9.72 mln, i.e. app. PLN 43 mln. Panattoni Park Pruszków II is being developed on a 9.15 ha plot in Pruszkow on Warsaw's western outskirts. It currently comprises one 31,000 sqm hall, while the two new halls will contain 28,000 sqm and 11,000 sqm. The first hall is to be completed by May 31stand the other by the end of this year.
