Four lease agreements for a total of 62,700 sqm have been signed for Prologis parks in Chorzów and Dąbrowa Górnicza.

At Prologis Park Chorzów automotive parts distributor Moto-Profil has renewed its lease of 33,000 sqm and extended it to 43,000 sqm. In the same park, tyre distributor Latex Opony has expanded the app. 11,500 sqm it occupies by another 4,000 sqm. 

At Prologis Park Dąbrowa, logistics company Fiege Group has added another 10,000 sqm to the more than 24,200 sqm it already leases there, while DHL Exel Supply Chain has extended its app. 34,000 lease by 5,700 sqm. 

The signing of the four contracts means that Prologis’ Silesian portfolio is now 98 pct occupied. Prologis Park Chorzów offers a total area of more than 250,000 sqm, while the area of Prologis Park Dąbrowa Górnicza comes to more than 144,000 sqm.
