Prologis, a global leader in logistics properties, has started building a 13,000 sq m Small Business Unit (SBU) warehouse at the newly built Prologis Park Poznañ III. The building is 14% leased to Euro-net, the owner of the nationwide retail network of consumer electronics EURO AGD. Completion of the SBU is planned for Q4 2018.
The module sizes range from 1,600 to 1,800 sq m and are designed for customers who need small, flexible and high-quality warehouse and office space within city boundaries.
Currently, the Prologis portfolio in Poznań includes two logistics parks with a total area of over 163,800 sq m. Prologis Park Poznań III is an investment located in Junikowo, the western district of Poznań, just 6 km from the city centre, at the A2 motorway connecting Berlin and Warsaw. In the first phase of the investment, two modern, high class buildings will be constructed, with a total area of 60,000,000 sq m. In the future, it will also be possible to extend the park by an additional 90,000 sq m.
