Logistics company Pro-Log has expanded its 15,000 sqm lease in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park near Warsaw by 5,000 sqm.
The office space will also be enlarged to about 600 sqm. “We are very happy to see Pro-Log decide to stay with us longer and lease additional space. For us, this provides confirmation that our services are valued by our partners. This allows us to keep growing and improving our performance”, said Agnieszka Góźdź, the head of the leasing department at MLP Group. Pro-Log has been the developer’s tenant since 2008.
MLP Pruszkow I was the first logistics park developed by the MLP Group. Its total target warehouse and manufacturing space comes to 170,695 sqm and is to be developed over an area of 43 ha. The facility has app. 50 tenants, leasing space ranging from 200 sqm to 18,000 sqm.
