MLP Group has delivered 22,000 sqm of additional space in MLP Teresin park to Piotr i Paweł.

The total area now leased by the grocery retailer in the park now comes to 36,000 sqm. Since early 2014, Piotr i Paweł has also leased around 8,500 sqm of warehouse space in the MLP Poznań I park, which means that it currently leases a total of 44,500 sqm from MLP. MLP Teresin is a modern logistics centre currently under construction and on completion will consist of six buildings with 140,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space. MLP Teresin is located in Stare Gnatowice 45 km west from the Centre of Warsaw, near the national road No 92,which connects Warsaw with Poznań and 20 km from the A2 motorway.
