Panattoni Europe is to build a logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The 79,000-sqm BTS centre In Łódź will also include a railway siding with a 590m platform running alongside the building. Construction will begin in May with completion scheduled for spring next year. The development includes 1,7000 sqm of office space. BSH distributes home appliances including such brands as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Zelmer and has four factories in Łódź manufacturing washing machines, dishwashers and clothes dryers, as well as a faktory in Rogoźnica near Rzeszów, where small home appliances are made under the Zelmer brand. The company i salso constructing two factories In Wrocłąw that will pro duce refrigerators and ovens. The new centre will be used for both exports and supplying the home market. Robert Dobrzycki, CEO Europe for Panattoni Europe, comments: “The development for BSH is another example of a Panattoni Europe investment which will empower the tenant to boost the effectiveness of its logistics operations by consolidating them”.

Jędrzejowska next to the A1 motorway.
