Panattoni Park Kielce will comprise three buildings with a total area of around 75,000 sqm, report local media.

The project is to be built in Niewachlów near Kielce on a 17 ha plot near the intersection of S7 and S74 express roads. In the first stage, a building with a height of 10m and an area of around 15,000 sqm is to be constructed with the work to be completed next year.

Officially Panattoni has no plans to build in Kielce, although it is discussing the possibility with a number of potential clients. The company has no land in the region, but has acquired options to a number of plots in the area.

In March 2017, the company announced that Kielce is one of five new markets that the company is looking into in 2017 and 2018. The American developer is also considering developments in Toruń, Zielona Góra, Opole and Białystok.
