Panattoni Europe is selling another logistics facility - Panattoni Park Warsaw West V with an area of 70,000 sqm. The buyer is a Dutch company, for which it is the first investment on the Polish warehouse market.
- The sale of real estate to a leading player on the European warehouse market confirms that the capital market has a very positive view on "A" class warehouse facilities. This is mainly due to the development of the e-commerce industry, record demand and thus low vacancy rates, but also to the attractiveness of the industry itself and its level of yield capitalization rates. In addition, the constant increase in construction costs makes existing properties very attractive products, relatively cheaper than just being constructed, and thanks to that they are received favourably by capital investors - says Robert Dobrzycki, Chief Executive Officer Europe.
Panattoni Park Warsaw West V with an area of nearly 70,000 sqm is located at the entrance to Warsaw, near the A2 motorway and was completed in the first quarter of 2018.
