The new production facility for the German company Reuss Seifert in Nowa Sól is build by Panattoni.

The developer has announced that will build a warehouse and production facility for the German giant with a total area of ​​30,000 sqm. Production area with storage will take over 28.7 thousand. sqm. And will be divided into zones corresponding to manufactured products made of metal, plastic or concrete. The investment is made on a plot of more than 9,8 ha in Nowa Sola, in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone and will be implemented in two stages. The first will be finished in July and the second in the autumn. At the same time, the object will be handed over by the developer. Thanks to this solution, the tenant is scheduled to launch the production process later this year and finish it in March 2018.

The investment is due to the relocation and development of four factories and one warehouse in Germany, as well as the consolidation of production and storage in Poland.
