Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing an investment for Thule Group. The facility featuring 13,500 sqm will be built in Piła, at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

Thule Group has selected the company Panattoni Europe as developer for its new site in Piła. The investment featuring 13,500 sqm will be situated at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The industrial section of the facility will take up more than 12,000 sqm, and the remaining part (1,500 sqm) will be offices, social areas and technical rooms. The new site intents to employ about 100 people at the start up.

The contract was signed end of January, 2017. Construction activities are planned to start March 1st and the building to be handed over to Thule Group August 1st, 2017. The new site is planned to fully operational January 1st, 2018.
