Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, enhances the supply of warehouse space in Upper Silesia. The developer has launched a new project, Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III, with close to 68,500 sqm – the largest investment project in the Podbeskidzie region. The complex has already secured its first tenants, including Seifert Logistics Group (7,500 sqm) and an interior design company (3,600 sqm), who will be able to move into the facility in Spring 2019.
Bielsko-Biała with its metropolitan area provides ideal conditions for distribution and trade in the CEE market, which is due to its location – a short distance from the Czech Ostrava, Slovakian Žilina, as well as the Silesian Metropolis and Krakow. In addition, the city’s location at the intersection of international transportation routes leading to the border with the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic contributes to its dynamic growth. That is why Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III lies in the direct vicinity of the upcoming S1 expressway, which will connect the A1 motorway at Pyrzowice with the Slovakian border in Zwardoń. It will run through the urbanised areas of Upper Silesia and partly Lesser Poland, where Panattoni Europe has a strong presence.
