Panattoni Europe has started the construction of a factory for Hydroline, a Finnish manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The new facility, featuring 13,000 sqm is being built in Stargard, at the High Technologies Industrial Park, according to the BTS formula. Completion of the project is anticipated in June 2019.
The new 13,000-square-metre facility will be developed by Panattoni Europe and will be three times the size of the existing plant. The manufacturing zone will take up in excess of 12,000 sqm and will be prepared with a view to future expansion. This part of the facility will feature: a compressed air room, a paint room and a forklift battery room. The floor will have a load-bearing capacity of up to 7t/sqm, and due to human labour the facility will be equipped with skylights accounting for 12.5 per cent of the roof area, and LED lighting intensity will be enhanced up to as much as 500 lux. The office and staff facilities will take up close to 1,000 sqm. It is planned that the facility will be manned by 110 people, who will be able to start work in the new place already in the coming June.
