Panattoni Europe has completed a 19,650 sqm manufacturing plant in Zielona for Ideal Automotive, a German automotive supplier.

The BTS facility is within the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The manufacturing section takes up 8,652 sqm and is adapted to meet the needs of the tenant’s needs throughout with reinforced floors, special compressed gas and electrical installations as well as a specialised building to house a compressor room, refrigeration plant, a back-up power plant and waterjet pumps. The centre also has a warehousing zone of 6,400 sqm, with office and social space of 1,538 sqm. Construction work began last October and the centre was delivered to the tenant in March 2017, while its official opening took place on September 7th 2017. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.

Ideal Automotive produces interior components for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, McLaren, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Porsche.
