P3 Logistic Park has announced the purchase of almost 50 acres of land adjent to the existing Poznań P3 Park. The developer plans to also develop four already existing logistics parks in Poland and invest in new locations.
- Our strategy of expansion is to accelerate the development of existing land bank, which allows to build 1.8 million sqm. As well as the acquisition of land and facilities. - says Peter Becar managing director of CEE at P3 Logistic Parks. - Recently we have acquired a portfolio of 11 logistics and distribution facilities in Spain with a total area of 322 500 sqm. Which allows us to increase the portfolio of real estate in this country to almost 400 000 sqm. This acquisition also marks the beginning of this process in Poland.
Currently P3 has warehoses and logistics facilities in Poland with a total area of 460 000 sqm. The developer is planning to finish 700 000 sqm. of finished space. In Robaków near Poznań P3 bought a plot of 49,2 acres directly next to Poznań P3, which will allow to double the size of this park. In the new part of the park six buildings can be built with a total area of up to 250 000 sqm. The construction of the first one will commence in 2018.
