Czechowicki branch of Raben Logistics Polska moved to its new headquarters in 7R Beskid Park. A-class warehouse and an office building were built here. The branch employs 30 people and handles over 15 thousand shipments per month.

The 7R Park Beskid complex consists of two warehouses with a total area of about 30,000 sqm, of which Raben took 3.400 sqm for a transshipment warehouse and over 500 sqm for offices.

- What 7R company has offered us is, first of all, a very good location of the facility. Our new warehouse is located by the DK1 road, in the central point of the region - comments Małgorzata Kacyrz, manager of Raben Logistics Polska  - The warehouse is equipped with LED lighting and roof skylights illuminating the interior with daylight, while heating will provide us with ecological gas radiators - adds Małgorzata Kacyrz.

Facilities built in the park are characterized by increased fire resistance (over 4,000 MJ per square metre), increased number of light bands in the nearshore zone and the presence of air distillers, which reduce the costs of media consumption.

During the construction of 7R Park Beskid more than half of the space has been leased, the developer will soon start construction of more warehouses at this address.
