7R has signed agreements with JAS-FBG, Raben and DPD, which in total will occupy 14 thousand square meters in the park in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The warehouse space will be adjusted to the tenants' expectations.

7R Park Beskid, consisting of two warehouses with a total area of approx. 29 thousand sq. m, is one of the newest projects of the developer. The facility offers facilities such as increased fire load (over 4,000 MJ/sqm), seamless flooring with a load of 5 t/sqm, LED lighting and air destrificers, which will allow to reduce the operating costs of the lessees. 
- (...) we have introduced non-standard solutions, including changing the pocket warehouse layout to a cross-dock warehouse for Raben operations. In turn, the lessee will install a sorter on the area designated for the DPD in order to optimize the packaging of shipments. We observe great interest in the area of 7R Beskid Park, mainly due to its excellent location, which is appreciated by the largest logistics companies. This is one of the reasons why 50% of the space is already commercialised - comments Joanna Ociepka-Wojciechowska, a leasing specialist at 7R.
