Ideal Idea Formad plans to build the Ideal Idea City Park at Mieczysława Słowikowskiego Street, on the border between Warsaw and Raszyn.

The park with small business modules (SBU) with a total area of 19.5 thousand sqm will be built on a 4.5 ha plot next to the S2 ring road. The offer will include warehouse modules from 500 to 850 sqm, as well as office space with raised floor, air conditioning, glazed doors with 2.7 m high illumination screens. Standard office modules will have an area of 110 sqm. The park will also offer conference rooms, a gym, a viewing terrace and a canteen. 

- Already in September 2019 we will offer our customers one of the most modern warehouse and office buildings on the Warsaw market, and what is more, at very competitive prices. They will result, among others, from the location just behind the administrative borders of the capital, but only 6 minutes drive from Park & Ride in Krakowska Avenue, 12 minutes from Chopin Airport and about 15 minutes from Srodmiescie. It will be the first warehouse and office park on the Warsaw border combining rental rates similar to Zone II with an unprecedented standard of finishing reminiscent of the most modern buildings in Zone I - announces Jędrzej Dużyński, who is responsible for the commercialization of Ideal Idea City Park.

The clear height of warehouses will be 10 m. The park will be constructed in accordance with the standards for thermal insulation of warehouse buildings, which will be in force from 2021, which is supposed to guarantee better insulation of buildings by as much as 35%, and thus lower heating costs of the hall. The investment is planned to start at the end of 2018 and 2019, while the first stage of construction is expected to be completed in August next year. Ideal Idea has already purchased land for the investment. The company is also the designer and general contractor of the park.
