The Polish branch of NNR Global Logistics has almost doubled the area it leases in Segro Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn.
The Polish branch of the Japanese company now occupies more than 4,000 sqm in building C, resulting in Segro’s complex being fully leased. The decision to increase the scale and potential of NNR Global Logistics in the park was partly due to its environmental standards (the building is BREEAM-certified with a ‘Very Good’ rating).
“Responsibility for the natural environment is one of the key assumptions of NNR Global Logistics. We have been regularly monitoring the impact of our operations on the environment and have been implementing modern approaches aimed at increasing our ecological credentials,” insists Adam Kolarzyk, the general director of the Polish branch of NNR Global Logistics.
Segro Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn has an area in excess of 90,000 sqm. “The ultimate potential of the park exceeds 150,000 sqm, so it could include a few more buildings, each of which will undergo rigorous BREEAM assessment,” claims the developer.
