The newly created logistics park 7R Park Tczew has gained a new tenant - DOVISTA Polska, the largest Polish manufacturer of wooden and wooden-aluminium windows, has leased over 20,000 sqm of warehouse space. It is the largest warehouse lease transaction signed this year in Pomerania. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.
7R Park Tczew is an A-class warehouse project with a total area of approx. 46,700 sqm. The complex will consist of two buildings with an area of 26,200 sq.m and 20,500 sq.m, respectively. The first one is already fully leased, among others by the DOVISTA Group, and the second one is being built under the speculative system. The park is located at the intersection of national roads no. 91 and no. 244, near the A1 motorway - the Swarożyn junction. The project is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019.
DOVISTA Polska and the companies of the VELUX Group are manufacturers and exporters of windows in Poland, and their annual turnover exceeds PLN 1.9 billion. They hire almost 4,000 people, including 2,400 people in the factories of DOVISTA Polska located in Wędkowy near Tczew, where windows and doors for Rationel and Velfac brands are produced.
- The development and potential of the Pomeranian region is reflected in the continued interest of tenants in warehouse space in the area, which has been growing for many years. That is why we decided to continue the development of 7R projects in the north of the country. Later this year we are planning both the construction of large-area warehouses and the development of a new concept of City Flex in the Pomeranian Voivodeship - comments Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice-President of 7R SA.
