MLP Group has reserved 25 ha for the construction of a new logistics park in Stryków.
The park, called MLP Stryków, will offer 120,000 sq.m of warehouse and production space. The investment will be located at the Stryków junction in the A2 motorway, 20 km from the centre of Łódź and about 110 km from Warsaw. The developer is still waiting for an environmental decision.
- Once all the formalities have been completed, as we expect, it will take place in the third quarter of 2018, we will purchase the land and start construction. We are already in the middle of advanced talks with tenants. We are planning to complete the first buildings in the first quarter of 2019 - said Agnieszka Góźdź, head of the lease department at MLP Group.
The MLP Group currently operates eight logistics parks in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Czeladź and MLP Gliwice. The Group is also responsible for the commercialization of the logistics park MLP Bieruń, which was sold in 2015. Including land plots and reservation agreements, the developer has a total of sixteen locations in Poland, Germany and Romania.
