MAAN, a European manufacturer and distributor of cooker hoods, is set to continue its business relationship with MLP Group and remain a tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. MAAN is to take up over 8,000 m2 of modern production and warehouse space.
MAAN has worked with MLP Group since 2013. Under a contract it has signed, MAAN will receive over 8,000 m2 of space, including ca. 6,700 m2 of production and warehouse space and ca. 1,400 m2 of staff amenities and office facilities. The tenant will move into the facility in January 2021, with the warehouse space tailored specifically to its needs.
MAAN is a Polish manufacturer of cooker hoods with a 30-year presence in the European market. The company’s products cater to the needs of customers looking for original designs, great aesthetic value and the highest performance parameters.
We’ve been involved with MAAN for over seven years. We are glad that our offering meets the customer’s expectations, as best demonstrated by the fact that the lease contract has been extended for subsequent period. Our flexible collaboration with tenants consists in optimally adjusting the size of the leased space to their current needs. Also, the attractive location of MLP Pruszków I is certainly a great advantage in the facility selection process - said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.
We have decided to lease new space and continue our partnership with MLP Group, because we want to provide our employees with a highly comfortable workplace. The convenient location of MLP Pruszków I allows us to easily recruit new employees, and our relations with the landlord encourage us to stay in the current location - said Adam Malinowski, Vice President of the Board, MAAN Sp. z o.o.
The MLP Pruszków I project, MLP Group’s first park, offers a total of almost 170,000 m2 of modern warehouse and production space. During more than a decade of its operation, it has actually become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The park is located on a fenced area with 24/7 security. A two-station charging point for electric and hybrid vehicles has been set up there for customers’ and tenants’ convenience. All the energy needed for that purpose comes from photovoltaic panels. There is also a city bike rental station in the park. The park has a fairly large power supply, a proportionally high percentage of parking spaces, and offers customers great potential for future development. The MLP Pruszków I logistics centre has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.
