7R expands its cooperation with a clothing giant with five recognisable brands in its portfolio: Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, Sinsay. In the building VI of logistic park in Kowale, LPP decided to build over 10 thousand square meters of space. Thus, the newly built JV warehouse with Hillwood is already fully leased.

 LPP SA owns a sales network of more than 1,700 stores located in 20 countries. The company creates more than 25,000 jobs in its offices, distribution centre and sales networks in Poland, Europe, Asia and Africa. In the logistics park Gdańsk Kowale, LPP has so far leased 5,000 sq.m in building No. I.

- Gdańsk and its surroundings have been particularly close to us since the beginning of our activity. We are connected with Pomerania - it is here that our headquarter is located, and moreover we design collections of three of our brands. We decided to cooperate with 7R again because of the developer's flexibility and ability to adjust to our requirements, as well as the excellent location of the logistics park, near our headquarter, which additionally enables distribution throughout Poland - says Stanisław Dreliszak, LPP Logistics Director.

With the signing of the agreement with LPP, the building No. VI in Gdańsk Kowale Logistics Park, constructed in partnership with JV from Hillwood, offering over 18 thousand square meters of warehouse space, is thus fully commercialised. The leasehold area is scheduled to be completed in March 2018.

After the completion of the expansion of the logistics park in Gdansk, 7R intends to continue investments in the region. The Company plans to implement, among others, a project located in the centre of Szczecin.
