Logwin Poland signed a lease agreement for 34,000 sq.m. in Logicor Piaseczno near Warsaw.

The tenant renewed the existing contract and took up an additional 4.2 thousand sq m of warehouse and office space. The company has been a tenant of the park since the beginning of its operations on the Polish market in 2003. It uses the space to provide services for one of its clients - international cosmetics companies.

- The dynamic growth of our company requires cooperation with trusted partners who support Logwin in achieving its goals on the Polish market. Therefore, once again we decided to renew the lease agreement for Logicor Piaseczno, which, apart from its excellent location, provides us with an appropriate infrastructure and high quality customer service, which allows us to focus exclusively on running our business - said Piotr Sprzęczka, Managing Director of Logwin Poland.
