Rzeszów airport has leased 1,700 sqm of warehouse space in the Waimea Cargo Terminal and is to move in in June 2017. The new tenant is Port Lotniczy "Rzeszów-Jasionka".

“In the next few days we are to sign another contract for the lease of 2,800 sqm with TS Logistics. The tenant will be a Rzeszów-based company that specializes in storing and transporting goods for both foreign and local businesses,” says Andrzej Rosiński, the president of Waimea Holding. The Waimea Cargo Terminal at Rzeszów-Jasionka has a combined area of 6,800 sqm and is being developed on a 2 ha plot near Rzeszów International Airport. The general contractor is Trasko-Inwest.
