The logistics operator Rohlig Suus Logistics has leased space in the logistics park 7R Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi.

7R, the developer of the facility, has signed an agreement with a logistics operator for the lease of over 15,500 sq.m of warehouse space in the newly constructed facility in the 7R logistics park near Krakow, which is to be delivered in the third quarter of 2018. The building will offer 26 thousand square meters of warehouse space for lease.
The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.

- 7R will provide us with a cross-dock building designed according to our own solutions, changed column grid and non-standard height. The changes introduced will enable our company to use modern solutions, such as system trolleys. The selected solutions will contribute to the optimisation of processes and, as a result, to better use of the storage space. Moreover, the location of 7R Park near Kraków is very attractive from our point of view - it guarantees efficient communication both with other regions of the country and with foreign directions - convinces Anna Galas, Director of Contract Logistics at Rohlig Suus Logistics.

Over the last 12 months, four warehouses with a total area of 67,000 sq.m have been built and commercialised in Kokotów. Ultimately, 7R park near Kraków will offer nearly 200,000 sq.m of warehouse space for lease.
