Industrial metal distributor Investa has prolonged its lease for its distribution centre in Segro Logistics Park Stryków.
The tenant is to expand its current premises by an additional 3,250 sqm bringing the total size of its lease to 18,150 sqm.
“We decided to stay in Stryków and continue our partnership with Segro because of its excellent location, which has served us well since we have been present in the park. Also of importance to us were the technology and the flexibility of both the developer and facility manager, who secured the expansion option for us and proposed solutions that met our expectations and business needs,” says Maciej Suska, a director at Investa subsidiary Metal Centrum. Segro Logistics Park Stryków mostly includes the distribution centre of the company.
