French supermarket chain Intermarché has renegotiated its lease agreement of 28,000 sqm warehouse space in Distribution Park Portfolio in Mysłowice. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global advisory company Colliers International.
Distribution Park Portfolio, which belongs to Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund, consists of five sites offering a total of 126,289 sqm of warehouse space in five Polish cities. Hines Polska manages the properties for the owners. Intermarché is currently the exclusive tenant of the warehouse in Mysłowice.

Intermarché is a French supermarket chain operating within Les Mousquetaires, the largest organisation of independent businesses in Europe. Currently, Intermarché has stores in four European countries. In Poland, there is over 230 Intermarché supermarkets and new locations are being opened constantly.
