Panattoni Europe will build another third production facility for Ideal Automotive. This time, the factory of the German concern will be located in Świdnica within the area of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park.
Ideal Automotive is a manufacturer of interior components and elements for several dozen car brands, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, McLaren, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Porsche. The new investment will be developed on a 9-ha plot of land in Świdnica at Pogodna Street. The plant, with an approximate area of 27.4 thousand square meters, was divided into functional zones: industrial (approx. 25 thousand square meters), consisting of a production and storage hall, two unloading tunnels and technical rooms, and the social and office space, which will occupy over 2 thousand square meters.
The investment is scheduled to start this month, and its completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. Estimated costs related to the project declared by Ideal Automotive are about EUR 15.2 million, including costs of own investments and costs resulting from the concluded lease agreement. The investment in Świdnica will be the third one carried out by Panattoni Europe for this company.
The lease agreement lasts for 12 years and was finalized by Colliers International.
