Prologis has announced the signing of three lease agreements with a total area of over 57 700 sqm in their Silesian logistics parks. 

The largest contract is the extension of the lease with DHL, which occupies 44 600 sqm in Prologis Park Dąbrowa. In Prologis Park Będzin II company Polonia Logistyka Podmiot took additional 9 300 sqm. right now they occupy 18 800 sqm in Prologis. 

In Prologis Park Chorzów Moto-Profil took additional 3 800 sqm and he is now operating on 36 800 sqm. Colliers International adviced in this transaction.
