Two companies from the service and event industry affiliated with each other – Rent Design and Od Niechcenia – have become the latest tenants of the Ideal Idea Park IV complex in Warsaw. 

The companies will occupy an office area of 130 sqm and an adjacent 1,450 sqm warehouse. Rent Design and Od Niechcenia have thus taken up the only remaining vacant space in the first stage of the Park IV project. Rent Design is a major furniture rental firm in Poland, while Od Niechcenia is a stage design company for the development of sets for photo sessions, films and events. “The new location of both operations is the result of our growth as well as the ambitions and goals we have set for ourselves for the next few years. A large office and warehouse area will make it possible for us to extend the product offer and consequently enlarge our team,” explains Wojciech Zbroja, the president of Rent Design and the owner of Od Niechcenia.
