This household appliance producer and distributor will increase the warehouse space it leases in the MLP Pruszków I park owned by MLP Group by roughly 3,700 square meters. The additional space will be handed over by yearend 2017. As a result, Electrolux will utilize a total of more than 21,000 square meters.
Electrolux has signed an agreement with MLP Group to enlarge the amount of modern space it leases in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park by another 3,700 square meters. The rail ramp will also be rebuilt under this agreement. At present, this producer and distributor of household appliances, which has been a client of the MLP Group since 2013, utilizes approximately 17,600 square meters of warehouse space. The space it holds will grow to nearly 21,300 square meters as a result of implementing this agreement. The additional space is slated for handover by the end of 2017. At the same time, Electrolux has gained the option to lease another 6,300 square meters of warehouse space for short periods during the term of its lease agreement. This yields a total of approximately 27,000 square meters which Electrolux will ultimately be able to utilize under the agreements that have been signed.

MLP Pruszkow I is the first logistics park created by the MLP Group. Its total target warehouse and manufacturing space is 170,695 square meters developed over an area of 43 hectares. During the last decade and a half, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The facility has approx. 50 customers leasing space of between 200 and 18,000 square meters.
