The Stokrotka supermarket chain increased its leased space from about 12,000 sqm to 23,200 sqm in MLP Lublin.
Stokrotka has been a customer of MLP Group for about three years. It moved into the logistics park in Lublin at the end of 2015. Initially, it used approx. 6,000 sq. m of warehouse and office space. Two years later it increased its leased space to about 11.9 thousand square meters. Now the space occupied by Stokrotka will be doubled, of which about 350 sq.m will be used for social and office purposes.
Stokrotka is a retail part of Emperia Capital Group. The Stokrotka chain consists of over 500 supermarkets and supermarkets located in housing estates, minicenters and shopping malls throughout the country. - Stokrotka is systematically developing its activity, which is confirmed by the fact that the leased warehouse space has been doubled. At MLP Lublin we were able to meet these expectations by having an adequate supply of land for the construction of new facilities - said Agnieszka Góźdź, Director of Sales Department at MLP Group.
MLP Lublin is being built on a 10 ha plot in a special economic zone. The park is located by the S12 and S17 expressways, which are part of the Lublin ring road. The target total leasable area amounts to approx. 45,000 sq. m. The park is located by the S12 and S17 expressways, which are part of the Lublin bypass.
