7R Logistic is to develop two new warehouse locations in Siemianowice Śląskie and Bielsko-Biała.

Beskid Park will be located between Czechowice-Dziedzice and Bielsko-Biała, eight kilometres from the centre of Bielsko-Biała and will comprise two warehouses with a total area of app. 29,000 sqm. The construction is planned to be completed in Q1 2018. The developer already has a final building permit for another project in Siemianowice Śląskie. where 21,500 sqm is to be constructed on a plot located near the DK94 national road.
