Logistics company DTA has prolonged its lease for 4,000 sqm of warehouse space in MLP Pruszków I and has also leased an additional 2,300 sqm.

The company is to occupy its new space from the beginning of April. Around 400 sqm of the space leased is to be used for office purposes. DTA has been a tenant of MLP since 2014. “The extension of our partnership and the increase in the size of the area leased confirm that our warehouse facilities meet the tenant’s expectations,” commented Agnieszka Góźdź, the head of the leasing department at MLP Group. MLP Pruszków I is the first park to have been developed by MLP Group. Eventually its warehouse and production area should come to 167,000 sqm on a 43 ha plot. The complex currently has 50 tenants who lease space that ranges in size from 200 sqm to 18,000 sqm.
