German logistics company Dirks Group has prolonged its 28,000 sqm lease at the Hillwood Wrocław II logistics park in Wojkowice near Wrocław.

The park comprises three buildings with a total area of 108,000 sqm. Hillwood is now developing and commercialising fourth building to be opened in Q3 2017.
