Deichmann has leased an additional 7,000 sqm of warehouse space in Prologis Park Wrocław III. The shoe retail giant will now occupy a total of 20,000 sq m.

Prologis Park Wrocław III is located on the Wrocław ring road and the A4 motorway, in the immediate vicinity of the airport.

The Deichmann Group is Europe's largest European footwear company, which has been on the market for over 100 years. In addition to its home Germany, the company is present in 26 European countries, as well as in China, the USA and the UAE.

In the renegotiation of the agreement, the Deichmann Group was represented by Colliers International.
