Logistics company Dascher has increased the size of its lease in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne by 500 sqm to 4,300 sqm. 

The agreement was signed with Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych. Daschler will stay in the logistics centre in Sosnowiec for a further three years. “Daschler’s lease extension shows that our warehousing facilities match client expectations well. This is very important particularly when we are preparing to extend Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne, which is to increase in size by app. 25,000 sqm,” says Mirosław Koszany, the president of Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych.
