CTP breaks ground on first Polish CTPark

Warsaw, February 20, 2017

CTP is in the process of ground works on the first development in Poland.

The building being built in the CTPark Opole will be a 13,000 sqm facility for one of CTP’s our long-term clients, International Automotive Components. Finally, the park will have the total size of 13,9 ha with 55,058 sqm planned. With additional land available, the park has a planned built-up area of nearly 70,828 sqm, told us Dariusz Glowacki, project manager, CTP.

CTPark Opole is located in the North West part of the city with direct access to the northern ring road connecting Opole with the A4 highway, linking it with Central Poland. Park is located in the middle of Special Economic Zone of Opole which provides corporate income tax related incentives. In combination with the Opole region, the availability of the local workforce and a high level of university graduates, makes it an obvious go-to location for manufacturers.
