MLP Group provided MIRBUD S.A., acting as the general contractor, with land for the construction of two facilities within the logistics park MLP Pruszków II. 

MIRBUD S.A. will construct for MLP Group warehouse halls with office space of total area over 36 200 sq.m. For cargo-partner, global logistics operator, will prepare 9 300 sq.m, and for Avery Dennison, manufacturer and distributor of labels and self-adhesive materials, 13 300 sq.m of warehouse and office space.

For a cargo-partner spedycja sp. z o.o., a global logistics operator, 8 000 sq.m of modern warehouse space will be prepared, as well as an office building of 1 300 sq.m, where the company's headquarters will be located. The roof of the office part will have a terrace with an area of 300 sq.m, covered with grass, increasing the usability of the building.
For Avery Dennison Polska Sp. z o.o. facility will be constructed for production and warehousing purposes.
Both buildings will be completed in the third quarter of 2018.

MLP Pruszków II is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the commune of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. The park covers a total area of 72 hectares and will have 285 000 sq.m. The project will implemented in three stages.
