Panattoni Europe has begun construction work on Panattoni Park Warsaw South for the park’s first tenant CTDI, who has leased 14,500 sqm of BTS space.

Construction of this stage of the project is to be completed by February 2019. Almost 11,000 sqm is to be used as a telephone repair centre with the remaining space to be used as offices.

The new logistics park is being built next to the new S7 expressway, just 15 minutes from central Warsaw and will eventually comprise 2 state-of-the-art class A warehouse buildings with app. 38,000 sqm.
